Prototype or protoflight - we have you covered
Metal 3D printing enables structurally-efficient, load-bearing design that exceeds the performance of polymer materials. Impellers for pumps, moulds for injection molding, jigs, tooling, and other low production parts can also be made inexpensively with metal 3d printing.
Composites add complexity, but are capable of even greater structural efficiency than metal. The geometric advantages given by 3D printing, and the high specific stiffness and strength of composites make 3d printing composites a powerful combination for mass reduction.

Our machines 3D print a metal powder bound in a plastic matrix. After 3D printing, the part is washed to remove the binder and sintered in a furnace, so that the metal powder fuses into a solid metal. The final part is pure metal and up to 99.7% dense. The 3D printed part can be further processed and treated just like any other metal part. It takes less than a day to turn CAD into the final 3D printed part.
We are the only shop in Huntsville that is dedicated to 3D printing metal and composite parts. We can 3D print your part in less than 24 hours and our proximity often makes it possible for us to deliver your 3D printed part to you within 1 business day. Huntsville is a small community where personal reputations matter, and we make sure to meet all of your expectations when you use our 3D printing services.
